Caroline Wanezek, a talented swimmer from Brookfield, Wisconsin, has committed to the University of Wisconsin for the fall of 2026, following in the footsteps of her sisters, Abby and Maggie Wanezek, who are already making waves as Badgers. "I'm thrilled to continue my academic and athletic journey at Wisconsin!" exclaimed Caroline. "The support from my family, friends, and coaches has been incredible, and I can't wait to join my sisters on the team." At the recent WEST Mid Season Showdown, Caroline showcased her skills, achieving personal bests in the 50 free (23.55) and 100 back (57.65). She also impressed at the Wisconsin Girls High School Division I State Championships, winning the 100 fly with a lifetime best of 54.77. Her versatility in the pool is evident, as she excels in multiple events.
